CONSULTING / ABOUT ME
I am an artist, writer, and consultant with extensive education and experience in psychoanalysis, facilitation, and happiness studies. I began my career in clinical psychology, helping adults and teens find happiness through psychoanalysis and art therapy. My experience in utilizing art as an effective mental health intervention has guided my personal journey towards meaningful living through creativity.
I am a Brooklyn based visual artist, creating large scale paintings and drawings and incorporating the writing process as part of my work. I work with a variety of materials, colors, shapes, and techniques including painting, drawing, writing, and collages. I utilize an intuitive technique that focuses on writing, drawing, and painting from the unconscious. While creating my art I always start from a place that I didn't know before. There is no plan behind the paintings. Every stage is a bridge to the next one, and I learn to relate to the results, feel them, and leave them on the canvas.
I have 15 years of experience in the not-for-profit world in regional, national, and global organizations building and mobilizing communities, and organizing small- and large-scale events for funders and professionals. I specialize in working with groups and leading teams in private and business settings.
I grew up in Israel and have lived in Brooklyn since 2000, where I still reside with her husband and three sons.
