THE PROCESS

In the process of working together, I will guide you through a journey of self-exploration towards meaningful relationships, personal growth and healing, and fulfilling your potential. At the core of the journey is the permission to be human, to accept all emotions in a safe environment.

Through extensive experience working with individuals and groups in the field of psychoanalysis and happiness, I learned that healing comes from a constant search for meaning. My approach to healing and growth is rooted in meeting each individual where they are in their life and helping them make progress through the course of their lives. The road to success is driven by acceptance, self-love, and compassion.

I am passionate about listening, unfold fears and obstacles layer by layer, and celebrate progress and success. Together, we will reach for success through personal discovery and creative processes.

ABOUT ME

Yehudit-AboutMe.jpeg

I am an artist, writer, and consultant with extensive education and experience in psychoanalysis, facilitation, and happiness studies. I began my career in clinical psychology, helping adults and teens find happiness through psychoanalysis and art therapy. My experience in utilizing art as an effective mental health intervention has guided my personal journey towards meaningful living through creativity.

I am a Brooklyn based visual artist, creating large scale paintings and drawings and incorporating the writing process as part of my work. I work with a variety of materials, colors, shapes, and techniques including painting, drawing, writing, and collages. I utilize an intuitive technique that focuses on writing, drawing, and painting from the unconscious. While creating my art I always start from a place that I didn't know before. There is no plan behind the paintings. Every stage is a bridge to the next one, and I learn to relate to the results, feel them, and leave them on the canvas.

I have 15 years of experience in the not-for-profit world in regional, national, and global organizations building and mobilizing communities, and organizing events from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions for funders and professionals. I specialize in working with groups and leading teams in private and business settings.

I grew up in Israel and have lived in Brooklyn since 2000, where I reside with my husband and three sons.
