Creative Art Circles- The Inner Path Series
A journey of creative expression, reflection, and connection
2026–2027
Some of us have been carrying something for a long time.
A creative impulse that hasn't had space. A need to slow down that keeps getting postponed. A quiet longing to make something not for anyone else, just for ourselves.
The Inner Path Series is for those of us who feel that.
It is a sequence of Creative Circles designed to accompany you through different stages of creative and personal exploration. Each part builds gently upon the last, creating an ongoing path of expression, awareness, and discovery.
Rooted in intuitive art, creative writing, and mindful reflection, these circles invite you to slow down, listen within, and find meaning through the language of color, line, and story.
No performance.
No product.
Just process and what it opens in you.
Part One: Foundations
Creative Circle Connection: Beginnings
Opening the circle. Listening. Beginning the dialogue between self, art, and story.
You don't need to know how to draw.
You don't need to have made anything in years.
You only need to be curious about what happens when you give yourself a little room.
Foundations is an intimate, nurturing circle for people who want to return to their creative selves, or find that part of themselves for the very first time. In a quiet Brooklyn studio, we gather in small groups for six sessions of making, writing, and reflection.
Each 90-minute session moves at its own rhythm.
You'll have materials in front of you, color, texture, line, and gentle guidance to help you follow what arises.
We work with drawing, painting, and writing, woven together with grounding practices such as breathwork and simple meditation.
There is time to create quietly.
Time to share, if you wish.
Time to listen to what the process is telling you.
By the end of the six sessions, something will have shifted. Not because you've learned a technique, but because you've given yourself the experience of being present with your own inner world.
This circle is for you if:
— You've been wanting to reconnect with your creative side but haven't found the right space
— You're moving through a transition, a loss, or a season that needs tending
— You give a lot to others in your work, your family, your life, and you're ready to give something to yourself
— You're simply curious what happens when you slow all the way down
No prior experience needed. Only curiosity and openness.

Part Two: Deepening
Creative Circle Connection, Continuing the Journey
Diving inward. Expanding creative voice. Going further.
If you've already walked a creative path through Foundations or through your own practice, this circle is the next step.
Deepening is for those who are ready to go further. To stay longer with what arises. To bring more of themselves into the work.
Each session becomes an evolving dialogue between image, word, and self. You're invited to bring ongoing projects, questions, or creative threads you wish to explore, and to follow them with more freedom and depth than before. We move between intuitive drawing and painting, writing that follows the hand, and quiet group reflection.
This is not a class about producing art.
It's about staying close to the process where expression becomes a form of presence, and presence becomes a form of transformation.
The circle remains small and intimate. Gentle facilitation, genuine exchange, and the accumulated trust of a group that has chosen to show up together are what make the Deepening possible.
This circle is for you if:
— You've completed Foundations or have prior experience with intuitive or reflective creative practice
— You have a creative project, question, or longing that hasn't had enough room yet
— You want to go deeper into the work, and into yourself
