TESTIMONIALS

In Their Words
Every person who comes into my studio arrives with a different story. Some come looking for healing, others for clarity, creativity, or simply a place to breathe. These words are shared by people who generously chose to describe their own experience of the journey.

When I first started working with Yehudit, I was carrying so much that I couldn't even put it into words. Two years later, I can honestly say I know myself in a way I never did before.
Yehudit has a rare gift. She doesn't tell you what to think or how to change. She helps you listen to yourself until your own answers begin to emerge.
I've never felt judged by her. I've always felt deeply seen. Even in the moments when I couldn't understand myself, she somehow could hold the parts of me I wasn't ready to face, with so much compassion and patience.
The work we've done together has changed the way I relate to myself, to the people I love, and to my life. I feel stronger, calmer, and more at home in who I am.
I will always be grateful that our paths crossed.

Yehudit supported my daughter through one of the most difficult periods of our lives. After seeing several therapists and reaching a point where my daughter had almost given up on trying again, we found Yehudit. It took just one session to realize that this time was different. My daughter came out of that first meeting glowing, and from then on, the journey toward healing truly began.
Yehudit has a rare gift that is difficult to put into words. She brings her creativity, warmth, deep knowledge, and years of experience into every session, creating a space where both children and parents feel truly seen and supported.
I couldn't have wished for a better person to walk alongside us through this journey. I wholeheartedly recommend Yehudit with all my heart.

I've been seeing Yehudit for a few years, and I honestly don't know where I would be without her.
She taught me that when everything feels overwhelming, I don't always have to find the answer right away. Sometimes I just need to slow down, breathe, meditate, and let myself draw. It sounds simple, but those moments helped me understand what I was actually feeling when I couldn't put it into words.
Before I met her, I was always comparing myself to everyone else. I struggled with school pressure, friendships, my body, and trying to figure out who I was supposed to be. Little by little, I stopped asking who everyone wanted me to be and started asking who I wanted to become.
I'm still a teenager, so of course I still have hard days. But now I have tools that I know I'll carry with me for the rest of my life. When I'm stressed, I know how to come back to myself instead of getting lost in everything around me.
Working with Yehudit didn't just help me feel better. It helped me get to know myself, and I think that's one of the most important gifts anyone can receive.

When Yehudit first told me about her class, it struck a chord. I've been in therapy off and on for my entire adult life, and adding art to the therapy felt like a welcome and needed twist. When she said that meant I'd actually have to paint, I suddenly grew anxious — I hadn't used a paintbrush and a canvas in well over 50 years! “I can barely draw stick figures,” I exclaimed. Yehudit quickly addressed my concerns, assured me it would be a guided exercise, that others were in the same boat, more or less, and that it's an opportunity to go deep, put emotion on the canvas, and whatever appears is good enough and part of the natural process.
We create visually, then we write in words what inspired us, read it to a group of five or six others, and engage in conversation.
It was a reinvigorating and inspiring process that let me tap into parts of myself that had been hidden. A liberating, life-affirming, and colorful reaffirmation of the most creative elements of life.
Yehudit has created a studio where art, childhood memories, raw thoughts and feelings, and current dynamics play out with a group of good, curious, and supportive fellow participants, each with their own creations and interpretations. We learn from each other, encourage each other, get off our phones, and take it in and engage.

Yehudit's class has been an incredible journey for me. While I continue to be convinced that I don't have a single creative bone in my body, through her coaching and the camaraderie of the class, we're able to talk in this unique language and pull things out of our art that I wouldn't have discovered on my own. My Tuesday Creative Circle is the highlight of my week!

My time at Creative Circles was wonderful and meaningful. Having the space to create and to be in a state of free-flowing thought allowed me to take a step back from the hectic day-to-day of NYC living and, most importantly, to recharge. Yehudit's guidance was kind and intentional. Her perspective allowed each group member to examine things through new perspectives and to help us find our own voice.
