Not perform. Not produce. Not be useful to anyone. Just make something. Let something out.

What Stayed With Me is a one-day creative circle in Brooklyn, a guided day of intuitive art-making, reflective writing, and real conversation. A day designed to help you slow down, go inward, and give form to what’s been quietly asking for your attention.

The Day

​

We meet on a Sunday morning in a quiet Brooklyn studio. The group is small intentionally. What happens in this kind of space depends on trust, and trust needs room.

​

The day unfolds in its own rhythm.

​

We begin by arriving in the space, into ourselves. Through gentle opening and sharing, we move gradually into the creative work. You’ll have materials, color, texture, and image in front of you. Nothing is expected of you except presence.

Writing enters as another way of listening,  not journaling for the sake of it, but writing that follows what your hands have already begun to discover.

There is time to pause. To eat together. To rest. And to return to the process with more depth and freedom than when you started.

By the end of the day, you will have made something. Written something. And moved something that needed moving.

This Day Is For You If:

​

- You’ve been wanting to reconnect with your creative side but haven’t found the right space

- You’re moving through a transition, a loss, or a season that needs processing

- You work in a helping or creative field, and you give a great deal. This day is for you

- You’ve been carrying something that hasn’t had space yet

- You’re simply curious what happens when you slow all the way down

No art experience needed. No therapy background required. Only curiosity and a willingness to enter the process.

What You’ll Leave With

 

- A piece of intuitive artwork,  yours, made that day

- Original writing,  personal, unfiltered, yours

- A sense of having been genuinely present for a full day

- Connection with a small group of people who showed up the same way you did
