As a child, I was fascinated by the way my grandmother carried her world with her—her fabric-wrapped belongings, the carefully folded cloths, the embroidered details of her past.
 
This artistic, abstract tote bag is a memory in motion, inspired by my artwork and deeply influenced by my grandmother’s clothing, fabrics, and the cherished items she brought with her after surviving the Holocaust and WWII in Slovakia. The patterns and colors reflect a story of resilience, heritage, and the beauty found in the everyday. More than just an accessory, this tote serves as a reminder that the most cherished memories are often the ones we collect without even trying—a ticket stub, a pressed flower, the way the light hits the sidewalk on a familiar street.
